Wetland Networks in the Oaxacan Coast by Acronym  Spanish  R.H.C.O. (Red de los Humedales de la Costa de Oaxaca) is a regional organization composed of community groups, productive organizations and civilian interested in sustainable management and conservation of wetlands as well as socio-economic development of human populations using these resources.
The idea of forming the network was a result of a workshop on restoration of wetlands for fishing and ecotourism cooperatives promoted by the National Park Lagunas de Chacahua in November 2002. Since then the five organizations wich one are participating began to meet on a monthly sharing their own experiences of work through reciprocal visits. Gradually,
